Just three Simple Steps:
One: Thaw the Bird or Butt Your fully-cooked Turkey or Sugar Cured Ham will ship out frozen. This helps preserve all of the smoking and prep that goes into the meat. (A lot of time is spent in getting it just right!) The meat will partially thaw in transit the rest is up to you. Either place in the refrigerator for a day or two or if you're in a rush use the 'cold-water' method.
Two: Warm the Meat Once thawed, the bird or butt can be served cold or can be warmed. To warm, set either meat in a pan and cover with aluminum foil. Warm the turkey at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or the Half Spiral Sliced Ham at 275 for about 1 hour. That's it!
Three: Serve! Your dinner is ready to serve. The Ham is already Spiral Sliced all the way down to the bone and the Turkey is ready to cut. You can serve as is (It's delicious!) or cover in our Praline Pecan Glaze (pictured below) or a dip/ glaze of your choice. Mhmm good.. Enjoy!
